Great food. They serve local spirits in their cocktails. A good social gathering place for cocktails and food. Prime rib, pasta, cod, smothered chicken are fantastic! I love the Study!
The bartenders and staff were great. Just stopped in for a couple drinks on our anniversary. It was such a cute place, decorated like a library supper club, cool vibe ambiance. It was dark but cool lighting at each table. The drinks were just right and lots of old popular like the old fashioned. Enjoy
The food was great and the servers were very down to earth and friendly. I had the ribeye which was expensive but worth it, very buttery, perfectly cooked to my request, and a quality well chosen cut of meat. My wife had the Alfredo pasta and use was also very good, buttery and the cheese had a unique tanginess that was distinctive and delicious. Cocktails were great too. A lovely experience. Highly recommended.

GET THE HEAVENLY MARTINI! 3-4 martinis, an order of cheese curds or stuffed shrimp, the filet bordelaise with a baked potato with cheese and sour cream and the CREAMY GARLIC salad. Make your friend get the soup of the day and the veggie of the day so you can try it all!! And then ask for a mason jar of the creamy garlic salad dressing to go. You're welcome in advance! My boyfriend and I come here weekly!
I can't say enough good about this restaurant. They have done it all right from the decor to the cocktails to the food. I was in town for a brief period for work and chose them more or less at random to treat myself to a steak. I started with the Orange Whip martini made by the owner/proprietor himself. Not to be confused with a Creamsicle, this concoction is a it stronger and ever so tasty...had to have two to be sure. Dinner was the Filet Bordelaise with a side of pasta, and it was exquisite. Perfectly tender and a beautiful sauce on a cut of meat I rarely eat with a sauce. It was an absolutely perfect dining experience. I would seriously consider driving out of my way to Peru, Illinois from my home in Pennsylvania just to eat this again.
I truly have nothing but amazing things to say. Friendly staff, great drink selection, wonderful atmosphere and truly AMAZING food. So happy to have found this place and cannot wait to go back.
